So perhaps instead of demanding new funding - the Senators should be questioning DHHS; such as if they saw or are seeing a rising heroine epidemic why after 64 deaths haven't they applied for the grants already available and put them into action?

Negligence, Lack of oversight, Lack of Communication with their own staff perhaps.  

Families Charged Excessive Fees In NH Courts just to file. ..

Indigent, Low Income & Middle Class families are

purposefully denied access to the New 

Hampshire Court System; by being 

denied relief from these fees.

We all know someone who has been through the family court system; and it's out of hand in NH. To file contempt against someone who broke an order it's $252.00; ensuring that most of the people who need to get into court can't.  
Instead of fees to those victimized; fines should be imposed upon those who continuously break the Court Orders and/or file frivolous Motions. Deter the bad acts.
This is especially true when families are only trying toget the Courts to enforce the orders they already made. Why penalize the victims?

NH Resident's - who use Liberty Utilities beware the company that wants you to go paperless is now charging you $3.75 for each monthly electronic payment.

The alleged to have sent notice of it with a bill last month or per their rep. the month before; you know that extra junk they know your going to toss.  It should be disclosed on the bill but that would deter the masses who would opt to pay the old fashion "check" mailed in an envelope USPS needs help anyway.  

In addition, if you check your bill they have a minimum charge per day for 29 days out of your monthly billing; that is not always deducted from your distribution charges (your actual usage.)

Oh and they get away with because they are the only provider of natural gas serving most of NH.

Examples of Fraudulent Email Scams

THE RED FLAGS:

1. Your Email isn't included Before Subject Line;

2. Many emails are shown sometimes slight variations of yours; like they are just guessing.

3. The Return email like below is not what the bank uses;

4. The Company they want you to confirm is not even a bank of yours; 

5. When in doubt call the number on the card not in the email;

Never give out your personal information online.

The Red Flags in the example below are: 

1. The attachment for you to fill out;

2. While seemly harmless it will gain access to your computer after downloading and any information you put in it.;

3.  The Red Flag is you down load it but they don't tell you what to do with it.

4. At the very end it says don't respond to the email.

5. Because they will get the information and more from your downloading the form.

Michigan Child Protection Services passively asserts that a 3-year-old Child with anal warts "does not meet the child protection law definition of child abuse or neglect."


Dr. Jack Pfenninger, would not accept that finding and vehemently protested against CPS not protecting his Client, a Child; on 2/21/14 WNEM took a Proactive Stance, Reporting the Story to the Community it serves and that is the only thing (repeat exposure of their despicable acts)  that made CPS, the Police and the Attorney General finally step in to help this child...their typical response "NO Comment" under laws that only protect them and silence their victims....

The Corrupt Judge Bamberger Steps Down & Back IN

Judge Bamberger, the womanizer & three or four time divorcee is finally getting off the family court bench, Some place he never should have been. And he is doing it with pangs of the realization that he never should have been in the family court arena. After all, divorced three times, maybe four and not one of those woman had a child with him may be the first red flag with this man, who women cut all ties with.

In this article he himself quips: 

"Bamberger wouldn’t say he’s jaded, necessarily, but maybe losing some of the patience he knows each defendant deserves."

“I think a judge at some point begins to realize that they’re not as patient as they once were,” Bamberger said. “I think I’m getting to that point, and I think the people who appear in court are entitled to somebody who does have the patience. I think more often than not, that means someone who’s younger.”

In the first instance, Patience is something he never had; no stable long term relationship,  no children of his own and he can't take care of himself for more than 5 minutes without hooking up with some increasingly dimwitted broad that'll do his laundry.  In the 2nd he never followed Canon rules like this one 38. code of Judicial conduct; which clearly states: 

  A.  A judge shall respect and comply with the law and shall act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.

(Bamberger)The important part of the mental health court is that they’re getting the therapeutic intervention that they need, but they’re also being held accountable.” 

No integrity shown in the case of Adrienne Valdez  she was sent to the mental health court to avoid felony charges after brutally attacking two EMT's. Or 

    (a)  A judge shall not serve as an officer, director, trustee or non-legal advisor if it is likely that the organization

                             (i)  will be engaged in proceedings that would ordinarily come before the judge, or

                             (ii)  will be engaged frequently in adversary proceedings in the court of which the judge is a member or in any court subject to the appellate jurisdiction of the court of which the judge is a member.

But it appears, he did just that as the Chair of the Adoptive Families for Children; while he sat behind closed doors taking children out of their homes to be adopted through this agency. Morever this link shows he is the chair over at least four other. Whose watching Judges? 

Furthermore, here: "his own pet project, the city’s truancy court."

These kids could have easily been in his court room in Nashua for truancies; while Mark Conrad superintendent says it alledgedly helped a few students, they had no real numbers for the entire time Bamberger was there as a volunteer for 1 whole hour EVERY OTHER week; another red flag in and of itself.   Possibly the abuse of power by Bamberger can be best seen in this statement; 

"Bamberger said truancy court allows him to channel his authority as a judge to bring the right parties – students, parents and educators – to the table. He said he may not have the answers, but he can demand those who do to get together at truancy court."

Let's just hope that this Judge/Bamberger just retires and goes away and isn't retiring only to gain a large retirement and suddenly show up back on the bench; maybe the mental health professional he's dating from Community Council or was dating, actually gave him sound advice. Currently there is the marital master Alice Love and other Judges who have retired and come back to sit on the bench collecting both retirement pay and a heavy stipend to sit back on the bench while they age out of the system. Thanks in large part to our lack lustrous Chief Justice Dalianis .

No kidding; great article by  Yvonne Abraham in the Boston Post on 2/9/14  Starts off with:

"Is this really what we want?"  This article and many others clearly paint the picture of a diva passing down the buck to make it look good; and the Judges rubber stamping them so be very concerned.  It is yet another indicator that Olga Roche, Commissioner of Children and Families, should never have been put in this position and should step down or be fired.  

 

Because she is doing more harm in the long run; than any pretty pictures she draws in chalk.  Chalk clears when the showers come.

You'd be surprised how many medical professionals like Dr. Susan Vonderheide engage in professional misconduct; and have  numerous complaints against them with the NH Mental Health Medical Board ; and get no results because they are not ensuring your rights to privacy.  

For Example child custody; one parent and the child go for therapy; the therapist inadvertently, knowingly, negligently or  intentionally releases information about that visit to the other parent - happens all the time right? Wrong, that is a breach of HIPPA;  see page 2 paragraph 2 Interim ... more questions on hippa security they are suppose to be doing see this link. 

Susan Vonderheide was appointment by Governor Hassan to the Mental Health Board in NH; Hassan's staff obliviously just ignored and/or didn't have her staff properly investigate her record.  The NH Mental Health Medical Board ; may not be ensuring your rights are upheld by even viewing your claims - that your records were release accidentally, negligently and/or purposefully and/or that your civil rights were denied. So when this happens ...

The more people who complain to the right offices about New Hampshire's Fraudulent practices; the more likely we'll see shades of the FBI and other investigatory bodies in NH taking them out one by one, just like they did at the Rockingham Court House.
