Fairy Tale Festival 2013 - Oceans of Discovery

This years Nashua, NH SummerFun program is filled with
Oceans of Discovery

The Wave in 2013 - will bring you to Greeley Park on 7/20/13, and from 10 am to 1 pm - the Head Fairy's Realm will embark upon the adventure of discovering the secrets of the Ocean.

Isaac Newton once said: "To myself I am only a child playing on the beach, while vast oceans of truth lie undiscovered before me.

Together we will leave the beach and discover vast oceans, an enigma of calming and soothing waves, often brought in by overcoming harrowing and stormy weather, connecting us to the world around us by revealing unknown truths and triumphs  the journey begins with you & I & we ...

We will be arriving at the park at 9:45 am to be sure to get in on the excitement and catch a glimpse of  the Mermaid Giovanna, who will be leading us out to sea.  We will accept our Quest and find out all about the community that will be there to welcome us - "you and me and them will abound in oceans of discovery", it is more than probable that even our most cynical non-believer's will simply dive in to explore the possibilities.

There will be some places where we will be waiting they are usually the bouncy places or the face painting places, but we will have more than one of those places to avoid all that waiting, there will be characters to be met, princesses and those characters who know the oceans best. As we meet new friends and old, the waiting will simply drift by, as the waves gently bring us into a new panorama of opportunity and chance.

"YOU" have the chance to show off your reading skills and as you compete in the Quest, everyone wins. And if your shy which of course we all can be from time to time, maybe just maybe you can bring yourself to get in on the action with Jr. Jazzercise and learn to swim like an exotic fish, shark or even a mer-person, (no gillyweed needed) something will be happening all around you. Of course the stage has excitement to make all the waiting simply fly by.

"YOU," having the leading role as you always do that day, as a voyager  in an endless sea filled with over 40 places to investigate and explore and if your hot which surely July can be, you can glide through the mist and renew your thoughts to go further, to see how far your journey will take you. Even our most cynical non-believer, will be surprised at what can be found in one hundred and eighty minutes, and to think that you & I and we will see it all on Concord Street, Nashua, NH

Fairy Tales - Around the World - 180 minutes - Fighting Dragons where...? click here for sneak preview

Seriously, it's all at the Fairy Tale Festival on 7/21/12 a Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at Greeley Park, 100 Concord St., Nashua, NH 03064

Nothing is more exciting than your own Fairy Tale! And, I am so excited to share the newest news with you outlining this years event!

This year our adventure will begin on Concord Street, Nashua, NH, of course we always do! But this year we are off to great "places".......

I started sharing our story, mine and yours and exploring where our tour was off to!  And then a couple of friends joined in and we gave some pretty good insights, to our newest friends at Access Nashua, at Gate City Chronicles on 6/19/12; when we discussed our grand adventures to be and the sights we are off to see ... with what has to be the Coolest State Representative in NH (we have 400 so that's actually saying something) and of course it was our Host Kevin Avard and you check it out here: http://www.accessnashua.org/gate_city.php # 27

And then today, with only with only 9 days and 11 and 1/2  hours left until we are about to leave Nashua, NH to go around the world in exactly 180 minutes... What? I heard that!  Can we do it? Of course we can, we're leaving by ... magic of course! Is there any other way to travel???

Ok, so back to, well today, "we" met our old friend and avid fan of the Fairy Tale Festival, Nashua's Alderman at large, Mark Cookson, on the Nashua Hour and his just adorable daughter almost 4, is getting ready to start performing in our show soon...

Today with EMMARIE and Natalie Sanford

This is what happen our 4th year volunteer the sweet and versatile Natalie Sandford came out and sang 1000 miles; you may remember her from past events as Bat Girl, Joan of Arc and/or Tiger Lily this year she will be volunteering with 7 Generations who has some huge surprises in store. Like I said; "she is versatile and a very good singer", I might add.

And the vivacious EMMARIE, joined us with some exciting news; this is her 2nd appearance is the Fairy Tale Festival, when you meet her again - you may remember her from performing in the past with Drama Kids and those crazy cows with Chick-fil-A, you know the ones with some spelling issues, but they are very clear they want you to eat more chicken! Let's just say the inside scoop there is - they are try to save their own hides and they are really good at it. Ok, so I'm rambling and I got a bit side track those cows are so cute. I get it. You want the biggest scoop in the prelude to the Fairy Tale Festival and here it is...

The New Single from EMMARIE is officially for your ears only...come to the Fairy Tale Festival to see her perform "Fighting Dragons" live, as her first stop, on her first tour, to promote her first single! It's Official, it's a first and we will be the first stop on her tour and you could be the first winner of an Official Copy, first, before it goes on sale http://www.emmarieofficial.com/.

So come out, join in the quest - listen, read, ask questions the discovery's are endless!

And you can listen to the whole show live here sometime in the meantime with the Nashua Hour http://wgamthegame.com/ondemand/WSMN/MC7_12_12.mp3

Do you see the recurring theme, here? You want to be in Nashua, NH 03064 on July 21, 2012 at 10 AM Greeley to share in EMMARIE's release of her first single "Fighting Dragons" and enter the raffle to win copies of her new single before it goes live.  The Actor's, Singer's and Dancer's you'll meet are second to well...absolutely no one and they are all the most amazing people and they will spur your imagination and make you sing and dance ...

This remarkable and outstanding show could not be accomplished without all of the help from our sponsors who can be found here: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0ByTPLCn0VjpSa2JmOTc0UkJTTGc  ps. this is your passport to adventure 2012

The Realities of Domestic Violence Proceedings

- Continuing Legal Education Publication Released to Public for FREE based on NH and Federal Laws

"There comes a time when the mind takes a higher plane of knowledge but can never prove how it got there." Albert Einstein

Over the years survival of unspeakable crimes dims, but it is never fully eradicated. Domestic Violence is an Oppressive and Continuing Crime in this country; I am releasing my research and creation of a Continuing Legal Education Course, I created while attending Nashua Community College under the watchful eye of Professor Robert A. Lubitz Esq. director of their Paralegal Program.  NCC hosted this event on 10/23/10 with the assistance of my panel member's listed on page 6. and together we received a 95% approval rating.

In an effort to help all of the player's who can make a difference in the life of a domestic violence victim and their family this course originally approved by the NH Bar Association and NH Supreme Court Rules and the National Federation of Paralegals for 6 credits and a full credit in ethics, highlights the roles of the victim, the lawyer, the police, the paralegal, the therapist, the Gal, the Advocate and Ethics that bind these roles.

This was written and produced in 2010 as The Realities of Domestic Violence Proceedings (027293) approved for 5.0 general credits and 1.0 ethics credit for a total of 6 live credits; it should of course be cross referenced to be sure the laws are up to date.  Any material included in this Manuel can only be reproduced with the specific author's permission as found in each section.

Albert Einstein  once said "Knowledge of what is does not open the door directly to what should be."  However, with a bit of effort we can all make dam sure we use our knowledge to make it what it should be.

Email dmvc@comcast.net to receive your free copy, increase your knowledge and make a difference.

April Fools Day and Deception

Be ware April Fools Day is here ... in some countries like over the boarder in Canada the practical jokes only go on till 12 noon; here in the United States its all day long. French speaking countries call it "Poisson d'avril' (literally "April's fish"), it appears to be a game played by children where you tape a fish to a persons back and yell "Poisson d'avril".
Being deceived is never fun???  The article below released by the Associated Press this past Friday morning shows it happens in the Art World as well as ... ,well, I guess it happens anywhere you can think of.

In the 1900's a new term came out in America for the journalist, novelists, and critics much like myself who exposed corruption in the Government, politics, business and my personal favorite the Department of Health and Human Services; that unofficial but official name for those who expose fraud and push for accountability is "Muckraker" cute, right? kinda like they rake through the muck, it is also used for those watchdogs who seek out and publish the truth to push for reform.

Deception has its twists and turns and this article, that came out Friday, has some interesting twists by a rather accomplished artist; while gifted ,why not create your own work, why copy?   Just a bit to entertain you while you try to avoid 4/1/12; this unofficial holiday dates back to Chaucer's Canterbury Tales written and/or published in 1392, one of the characters Chauntecleer, is tricked by a .... yes a

Future or Considering Attorney's and/or History Enthusiasts - FREE TUITION

I have to express that my experiences at ACHLS, have been extraordinary.  The courses, experiences and discussion method have greatly impacted my writing abilities, focus, ability to reason and present a compelling argument at the spur of the moment.

While the Tuition may be free to those who pass the entrance exam; to succeed you have to be dedicated, organized and often sleep deprived.  Most importantly, everyones life has moments of varied chaos, it's your resolution in meeting the challenges life throws your way, your commitment to be diligent  and a certain disregard for the conventional rules that will help you become an independent thinker who is able to act and take advantage of opportunities such as FREE TUITION at ACHLS to pursue your worthwhile endeavor.

It may surprise even you ... http://achls.org/   Questions for a student can email me at dmvc@comcast.net take the challenge you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
FREE TUITION
The ACHLS Board of Trustees has announced the renewal of
FREE TUITION at ACHLS!

The recent press release announcing this news is as follows:

ACHLS ANNOUNCES FREE TUITION IN THE JUNIOR YEAR
AND HALF TUITION IN THE SENIOR YEAR

SALEM, NH -- The American College of History and Legal Studies (ACHLS) has announced that it will grant free tuition to qualified persons who start their junior year at ACHLS in 2012-13. Those who thereafter choose to spend their senior year (of 2013-14) at ACHLS instead of going to MSL in 2013-14 (or who are ineligible to go to MSL then), will have to pay only half tuition (or $5,000) in their senior year.

These tuition plans carry forward the plan begun in 2011-12: i.e., free tuition in the junior year and half tuition in the senior year for those who do not transfer to MSL after their junior year.

Michael Chesson, the Founding Professor and Dean of ACHLS, said that "The elimination of tuition during the junior year will tremendously assist students pursuing their undergraduate education. With the rising cost of tuition at other colleges, the ACHLS offers the alternative of a rigorous education, a convenient class schedule, and no cost to students in their junior year."

ACHLS is located in Salem, New Hampshire. For information about ACHLS, to schedule a visit, request further information, or to apply, visit www.achls.org -- email info@achls.org -- or call 603.458.5145.
