Justice the Truth - it Just takes ...

Determination "no" is not in our vocabulary...

The Results in New Hampshire on a young boy maliciously being separated from his Mother, are not over yet.

Joselyn Martinez, never gave up searching for her father's murderer it took her 27 years and hopefully the State of New York will deliver the justice her family has waited for.

People need to be vindicated and People need to pay for their mistakes it's called accountability.

In matters of truth and justice, there is no difference between large and small problems, for issues concerning the treatment of people are all the same.

NH Connect the Fraud or Missing Funds

Did you know that the Department of Health and Human Services received an estimated $ 43.6 million in direct relief to be used for New Hampshire Homeowners?

Thousands of NH children growing up homeless

Schools make extra effort to serve homeless children

UPDATED 8:11 AM EDT Mar 28, 2013
CONCORD, N.H. - they of course may redact this article due to this attachment Copyright 2013 by WMUR.com. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed.  However, as long as I quote them and give them credit where it is due is all that's required how else does information  get out? Here's my take on what the article doesn't tell you.

The link attached should bring you to the full article highlighting an unnamed survey that disclosed that the number of homeless children and families in New Hampshire jumped 6 percent over last year alone. It is likely much higher.

Unnamed State officials said the situation is a growing trend.

Numbers like 3,300 students in New Hampshire are homeless ... defined as individuals who lack a fixed, regular and adequate night time residence. Further defined...
The McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Act is a federal law that ensures immediate enrollment and educational stability for homeless children and youth. McKinney-Vento provides federal funding to states for the purpose of supporting district programs that serve homeless students.

Quoted numbers in school districts as homeless:

Hampton School District about 48 students
Winnacunnet High School, 23 students
How many families is that?

The article stated "Many students don't admit they lost their home out embarrassment or fear that the state might separate the family."  Assuredly the parents are feeling the same.  And the Fear t is a very real factor and another avenue for the State of New Hampshire to take in money through the Department of Health and Human Service division for children, youth and families all of whom are not identifying how and/or where the money is being spent.

Where is the money going? Why isn't it being used by DHHS to prevent these families from being homeless and losing their homes? And like the IRS which state employees in New Hampshire are enjoying the benefits, the millions coming into the state and not benefiting the people who need it  most?

Do I hear the echo of We Want An Audit and We Want disclosure...like the IRS Scandal of 2013, you can be sure when it finally comes around it will have started at the top ... a director or more at DCYF, someones in the Court System, how many governors, commissioners, and others will be identified?

"The fight for justice against corruption is never easy. It never has been and never will be. It exacts a toll on our self, our families, our friends, and especially our children.
In the end, I believe, as in my case, the price we pay is well worth holding on to our dignity."

 Frank Serpico

That famous police corruption scandal in New York in 1971; made

even more famous by Al Pacino in the movie "Serpico".

The truth

is the Utopia this country is suppose to be striving to achieve.

Drugging and Numbing Our Children

You do not have to be a statistic -  Departments for Children Youth and Families, across the country are drugging our children and along with psychologists who misdiagnose the majority of the people they treat, they are creating a generation  who has no idea about how to cope with life's ups and downs.

The atrocity's that occur through DCYF and "their" therapists, is appalling and for parents finally getting their children back and wondering whats next....

Check in with Dani Johnson's daily fix it addresses this very real and disturbing trend...

The Real Damage This "Easy Fix" Causes

Hey ,
Today I want to ask, what do you do when feeling down? Life doesn't always run smoothly and at some point in your life you will probably become overwhelmed, depressed or even angry despite your best efforts.

Many people turn to a countless number of addictions like shopping (yeah, it acts just like any other addiction people), drinking, smoking and sex. And we all know those end in disaster!

However, in today's society there is another quick fix. For a lot of life's problems, there is now a pill for that. 1 out of 10 Americans age 12 and older are taking antidepressants. However, less than 20% of those people seek professional therapy or counseling.

Attract, Create, and Build Trusting, Strong Relationships

Have you noticed that sometimes what you need in life just doesn't fall into place? Perhaps you've found yourself in one terrible relationship after another or you seem unable to shake off bad luck in your job, career, business and relationships.  People skills are just that... a skill! You have to learn and perfect them just like any other skill click to read more.

Oh, you're stressed out? Here's a pill. Oh you're depressed, here you go. We turn to drugs as an easy fix for the issues that we don't want to deal with!

Antidepressants, valium and ADHD medications are now being called the emotional equivalent of plastic surgery. Only the side effects are worse for you in the long run. Here's why.

And it isn't just about the listed side effects on your pill bottle (although some of those are equally as disturbing). The big problem is that quick fixing your life with pills is not a true solution. It doesn't teach you anything. It doesn't help you work through the problem.

In fact in most cases it just postpones the root of your issues! You are just treating the symptoms of a much bigger problem. Medications will numb you out and make you blind to problems that in reality, you just need to face!

When you are numbed out on medications it affects your relationships, your ability to make decisions and your desire to succeed. You might think the mental break is nice, until the next thing you know a decade has gone by and you're still "fighting" anxiety.

A man without a vision will perish. These pills steal your vision!
I'm not saying all prescriptions are bad, but NYU studies show that 1 in 4 cases of depression are misdiagnosed. Maybe I just need to be the one to prescribe a different medication for you. Try one these before running off for your easy fix:

1. Journaling. I realize not all of you hold the same beliefs I do, but spending time increasing my spiritual well-being has huge benefits. I'm proof of that. Whether it was talking to God, praying, or reading my Bible I am constantly finding new insights, encouragements and life lessons! Growing up in an abusive home, my faith was the only thing that got me through at times.

But no matter what you believe in, having some alone time to clear your head(or some one-on-one time with whom you believe), journal, and get to the root of yours issues will always yield endless fruit in your spiritual and mental health.

So whatever it is on your brain - write it down! Form that vision for your life in writing and think about what specifically might be holding you back from achieving that vision.

2. Lean on people. Do you have a spouse or a best friend that has known you for a while? It is okay to ask for help, even if it is emotional. The biggest benefit to having deep, caring relationships is that you have people there to support you and talk you through life's hardest obstacles!

If you don't have these types of relationships, it is probably time to work on that! Caring relationships are a two way street, meaning you have to be there for others as well. Think about people in your life that you wrote off because they were going through hard times(I don't want to call her, all she does is cry about her ex husband). You may have just missed a great opportunity to form a real, unconditional friendship.

3. Find a mentor. Look for someone who has been through what you are going through! Seek guidance! In business I tell people to find someone who has what you want and do what they do. It's the same principal for your emotional life as well.

Back when Hans and I were on the verge of divorce, we searched for and found an older couple to counsel and mentor us. They had seen it all! Not only were they there to support us through tough times, but they were living proof that there was a way past it all.

Listen, , I am for you. And I am for your success! And I truly believe that all of the insta-prescriptions doctors hand out like candy will not only keep you from success. Wouldn't it be great if you weren't another statistic? Wouldn't it be even better if you could stop a loved one or your own child from becoming one of those statistics?

You can forward this email, and post this link on Facebook and Twitter! Let people know you are there for them! I would also really love to get your feedback on today's Daily Fix. Please leave me your comments here!
Hey, let's connect on the radio this Sunday for The Dani Johnson Show at 9 pm ET/8 pm CT. I'm so excited to talk to you and our wonderful community of people! See the sidebar for more information!
