DISTRICT COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2004-04

MOTION FOR ORDER TO PERMIT ACCESS TO JUVENILE FILES

RETAINED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

The Motion for Order to Permit Access to Juvenile Files, having been considered by the undersigned Administrative Judge, is granted under the authority of Supreme Court Rule 54(5) in that the access requested will serve to enhance and improve the operation of the District Courts and provide for the expeditious disposition of similar cases throughout the District Court System.

The conditions of confidentiality outlined in the motion shall be strictly adhered to.

Apparently, because one Judge doesn't know the laws and seeks to oppress the requestor; othertimes the Attorney's do not point out the law to the Judge or Marital Master; one attorney I spoke to about speaking up said he/she just came out of the closet and he/she wasn't making any waves so consequently - I remind he/her that he/she works for me and if the Judge is paying her bills let me know because that would be interesting. So I didn't pay he/she and fired them.
